Roderick O’Driscoll is a Notary Public, a solicitor of the Supreme Court, a Chartered Arbitrator, an Accredited Mediator and an Adjudicator. He also provides private tuition in the above professions.
As a solicitor, he was admitted in 1967 and has specialised in Construction and ADR matters for the last twenty years.
In addition to the provision of all Notarial services, his current work load principally involves him in a number of different aspects of Construction Law, Commercial Law and ADR;
- First as sitting as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator or Mediator
- Secondly as
legal representative of any party involved in any of the above forms of dispute resolution or in any construction dispute
- Institute lecturer and examiner in
the above fields.
His experience has included all forms of building and civil engineering projects both here and abroad and, as a solicitor, he has a full working experience of the Court practices and systems.
His main areas of expertise are in all forms of construction and commercial law disputes.
